What if the eyeliner is lighter than my skin tone because I am black

I'm a natural red-head & everything that goes w/ it... Red-orange hair color, pale transparent skin tone, blue eyes, & freckles. 😤🤮 my looks. Absolutely hate it! I feel all redheads are ugly. My self included. & to make things worse makeup doesn't improve nothing.. I can't wear foundation. It doesn't matter how much or hard I scrub & moisturize my face, foundations always shows dry blotchy patches on my face. & powder foundation, a million times worse. Eyeliner is suppose to make ur eyes pop, not me. I'm too pale to wear eyeliner. (& I'd never wear any other color unless it's black) blush, again w/ the dry blotchy patches & besides, I don't have great cheekbones or dimples... Eyeshadows look hideous on red-heads unless their skin is darkened up some.. So for me, I only wear mascara & med. brown eyeshadow color for my eyebrows (eyebrow definer I can't master) & I use to wear Jergens Medium to Tan Natural Glow lotion on my face cuz it darkens my skin tone without any dry blotchy patches.. That picture u see (my profile pic) isn't 100% me. I edited it somewhat. Smoothed out my face, gave me cheekbones & made my eyes larger. I'd kill to look like my profile pic enhanced version!

Girls, I really reccommend applying and blending your concealer with a small brush. it`s so much better. Don`t press to much and blend blend blend, it`s helpful when concealer slightly doesn`t match your skin or foundation
