Will defiantly give it a try. Recently developed uneasy, worry like feelings within myself for not apparent reason/s. Like my sympathetic nervous system's switch is always "on." Clueless what happened (was taking Omega 3 6 9 for 6 months, Magnesium and Melatonin for last 3 weeks). Have insomnia for decades, no psych problems. Let's see
ОтветитьThis really helped my Anxiety. Thank you so much. All the best to everyone who reads this. ❤
Ответитьbeen tryna get to the end of this video for 4 days straight. always fall asleep 😭😭
ОтветитьMy therapist shared this video with me and asked me to practice it three times a day. In the beginning of this exercise I was crying.. but I pushed through and after the 15 minutes were over, I felt calm and relaxed.. Thank you for creating this exercise. It's helping me go through every single day.
ОтветитьThis is my new favorite drug. Relaxation. Wow. I suffer from persistent anxiety and depression. Do this every day and when anxiety shows its face...meet it head-on. Thank you.
ОтветитьThis is a body scan. A scan from head to toe, how you are doing. How are you doing? I have shallow breathing. I had walking pneumonia when I was born, soon there after... That is why. It's hard for me to relax. I can breathe but it's very shallow, shallow breaths and breathing. This is normal to me. Relax and let go... this is deep relaxation
ОтветитьThis was helpful thank you!
ОтветитьThis is the video the FND clinic I go to uses to teach trauma victims to do PNR, I found it from their recommendation so if you’re not sure this is worth trying I have literally been prescribed listening to this video and doing this once a day by one of the best FND treatment centers in the US.
Ответитьi dont like it
ОтветитьThank you so much for all you do to help us relax and de-stress. Just....thank you ❤
ОтветитьYou saved me from a panic attack, thanks!
ОтветитьDo you have any mP3 files that I can download?
ОтветитьLovely voice and instruction
ОтветитьThank you for the video. How many times in a day we can do this
ОтветитьGreatest video on this app I’m so dead serious…
ОтветитьDefinitely helps
ОтветитьDO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH. Thanks to the advent of computer and cell phone screens, we are holding our breath many, many times everyday. By performing exercises, like this video, you are teaching your body to hold your breath even more. In his book, Breath, author James Nestor reviews the research.
The most effective breathing pattern for health benefits according to extensive research is: Breathe in for 4 seconds and breathe out for 6 seconds.
Wow is all I can say. Started having a panic attack while falling asleep, sat up and tried to take deep breaths and calmed myself but couldn’t stop the body shakes which turned the panic back on. Found this video and it completely slowed everything down for me and before I knew it I was not even realizing how relaxed I was an no more body shakes. At first it wasn’t helping but I pushed through and eventually it worked!
Ответитьi am not ok
ОтветитьThis is so helpful I need that
Ответить3 minutes in and I'm already starting to relax / calm down. I'm an engineering student btw, and I was working on my plate a while ago, but I messed up by misspelling a word! One word! I was so frustrated and feel like crying a while ago until I searched a website to calm down and found this link. It really is effective. I'll probably come back here more often to calm down. Thanks for this vid! 💞
ОтветитьSent this by my therapist, will give it a go 😊
ОтветитьMy son loves this I play it for him every night he is normally out in like 5 minutes
ОтветитьThank you So much for this blessing ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьThis works wonders for my PTSD
ОтветитьIs it hypnosis when they count to 20 to take you into a deeper state of relaxation, stopping ever 3 numbers to say something, then later counting to 10 to bring you out of it?
ОтветитьThank you very much for info
ОтветитьI didn't know that meditations that use numbers are a kind of hypnosis,
ОтветитьThis is relaxing but IDK if I can do it every day as the counselor said.
ОтветитьMy therapist showed me this video. I use it almost every night
ОтветитьDoes this particular video have hypnosis,I don't want to be hypnotized, thank you much
ОтветитьGood job
ОтветитьMy therapist asked me to listen to this .i feel so relaxed 😌 this is the best way relieve stress ❤️
ОтветитьMy VA Dr. recently pushed this in my direction. Giving another try tonight in passing thought. Then again before work tomorrow. :)

ОтветитьMy therapist sent me here I'm a ex veteran
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьVery helpful! Thank you.
ОтветитьI love to do this after jiu jitsu. Helps me to restore my muscles and work thru aches and pain.
Also is a great comedown from intense pace of sparring.
My therapist also sent me here. I was having such bad thoughts and anxiety. I was basically having a panic attack which usually happens before I go to sleep and this helped me SO MUCH. I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am that videos like this exists and go see all of the people in the comments who have gotten the same things out of this video. You’re amazing. Thank you so much❤️
ОтветитьI have one video which was download but it’s gone now. Seems like it’s from the same person but I’m used to that. Anyone know where this video went ?
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьI do this while I lay in bed and I'm knocked out usually before we get to the hands pressing
ОтветитьWasn't there a version of this video without any music? I love the voice and I remember listening to it, but all the relaxing music in this type of videos just drives me nuts. Have I imagined it???
