I think the only macro-denomination that you're missing are the Hermetics/Esoterics and Vodousaint/Ifa/Santa ?Muerte Syncretists, and to be fair like the Gnostics they kind of had/have a lot of cross-denominational overlap

There's something inaccurate, talking as if the Puritans all burned witches. It was less than a dozen Puritans who did this, so most didn't support it.
