It is very simple. It's not that Indian engineers are not employable. Every entry level job requires lit bit of training. This is training is given by companies in USA and Canada, whereas in India for an entry level position they seek for 2-3 years of experience which is crazy. Being myself in Canada I can totally say that is the problem. First of all donkey assignment based education system to write everything by hand which totally useless, secondly lack of job opportunities and thirdly extremely less pay.

All bullshit. I graduated from a FRENCH university and couldn't get a job so I returned back.
Reason why some INDIANS are successful is because they are from IITs , got scholarship and admit in top American university based on IIT degree and they are smart.
Most INDIANS can't get a job in other countries and they just lose their hard earned money.
Also you need to learn FRENCH, GERMAN etc. so unless you can speak fluently you can't find a job

I think collage circulam wagera toh thik hai but i guess U.S and India meh main ek difference hai U.S meh log sab kuch try karne ke baad engineering ko as a carrier choose karte hai kyuki unka intrest hota hai India meh engineering karne ke baad log apna passion dhunte hai logo ko india meh engineering isleya karna hota hai kyuki sharmaji ka beta kar kaha hai mera hisab se agar koi aache collage meh engineering ki seat nahi mili toh i think u should not do engineering until and unless bahut engineering ke liye passion nahi ho
