Ответитьreminds me of brixton just lot more bodega , that takaway tho letting you eat at the counter is very different
ОтветитьWow. I loved watching this video. Grew up in that area.
ОтветитьI dont understand, it doesnt look bad. Maybe cus i lived in Kensington in Philly for 4 yrs. It dont get any worse than that.
ОтветитьI figure out the "algorithm." When it's a white expedition into supposedly non-white areas, we get Epoch TV anti-transgender ads and concealed gun holster ads. So YT/Google believes Anglo Protestant conservatives watch the video more than any other demographic. It's like a white supremacist's glass bottom boat.
ОтветитьI'm from 149 he dragged it😂
ОтветитьFor over 50 years, Israel has been slaughtering Palestinian children, women, and innocents. They are occupying the lands of innocent people, demolishing their homes, and not recognizing their right to live. They bomb a vast region indiscriminately. They don't even see Palestinians as human beings.
Even though Israel has been terrorizing with its actions for years, attacks against civilians, no matter where they come from, cannot be approved. However, using these attacks as an excuse for genocide is utterly unacceptable.
Of course, there are exceptions, but the West, which claims to defend human rights and democracy, remains silent on the massacres carried out by state terrorism. They send their most powerful war machines against the innocent. They display a shamefully hypocritical attitude.
Right now, a full-fledged genocide is occurring. The West is once again turning a blind eye. They are closing their ears to the cries of children asking for help. For a glimmer of hope in humanity to remain, this must change immediately.
It's time to act to stop seeing dead children, women, and innocent people, regardless of their identity. The illegitimate state terrorism must be stopped. Immediate provision for humanitarian aid should be facilitated. We must listen to the Palestinian people who have been trying to be erased for decades.
The darkness must end, and the right to live of the innocents should be acknowledged...
When these events happen to you, we will close our eyes and we will not see you eithe
This was a great representation of the South Bronx. I really enjoyed watching you interact with the different cultures while focusing on the areas of Mott Haven, 149th Street & 3rd Ave which brought back a lot of memories. I was raised in the North Bronx area for 35 years and relocated to VA in 2008. The city of NY has definitely changed and the streets continue to be really busy with a ton of activity going on. Thanks for making great raw documentaries, it has also become my favorite project to create. Peace and blessings!
ОтветитьYou couldn't pay me to live in that 💩🕳️
ОтветитьIs it really dangerous ?.. It don't seems like.. :p I'm from Bruxelles , Schaerbeek in Belgium i wanna understand
ОтветитьBronx is rough no doubt, but it's not the toughest hood in NYC. Most dangerous hood is in Brooklyn. East Flatbush, Brownsville, East NY.

Ответитьthat whole area looks super nice honestly... Lol folks from ny always talk about being tough cause of how rough that part of town is but it looks great to me.. I spend a lot of time in west Philly which looks like a war zone compared to this ..
ОтветитьI think the South Bronx is better than it was . I lived there in the early 70's when it was a national disgrace. There were blocks and blocks of burnt out and abandoned buildings and whole blocks of drug dealers. I still have the stab wounds as souvenirs, but I suspect there were fewer guns back then. However there are good and bad people every where
Ответить3rd world

I visited NYC before COVID. Was there for 2mths on my own. 1mth in East Harlem, 1 mth in Brooklyn. I was staying in an air bnb in Bed-Sty. I went for a walk, and ended up getting lost. I started in a majority Caribbean area and it changed to majority Jewish lol. I'm Polynesian from New Zealand and people were so perplexed by my presence lol. I visited a bakery and they were so nice and ended up giving up a bunch of free food. I took the subway to the Bronx, went for a walk and got lost too lol I'm really lucky I had nothing but a positive experience visiting NYC as a female solo traveler. Just gotta be self aware, use your common sense and always be respectful as a visitor, don't matter where you are in the world.
ОтветитьI AM REALLY SORRY TO SAY THIS ..... ABOUT THE SIDE WALKS ........ THEY ARE ARE A MINEFIELD OF BLACK SPOTS FROM CHEWING GUM BEING SPIT OUT ! THAT IS WHY IN JAPAN CHEWING GUM IS ILLEGAL !
