I have one lymph nodes in my neck and it suddenly get swelling so I was just moving my neck cuz I thought my muscle on that side of neck getting stiff and suddenly I heard this noise and then the noise not going I can hear the sound everytime I move my neck and I am having pain too 😓

I am 19 and i have this sound when i move my head left to right fast if i move it slowly i dont hear anything. I have a cervical straighetning that also gives me tinnitus. What is the best to do and also can the military neck give this sound when i move my head left to right?

I recently fell on my back and hit my head too. Since then I had a feeling of heaviness and headaches. after two days I started to feel the pain in my neck, more stiffness and pain, then came to my mind Maybe it is something with my neck. After that, I started to hear cracking in my upper neck when I put my head down and start rotating it. Do you think the headaches have something to do with us and to you think I should go see the doctor?

I get that sometimes but I always have this noise like grinding if I gently press on my neck and move it it's a non stop grinding noise

I woke up last week with a sore stiff neck. I think it was due either the amount of weights i placed on my neck for squats, or how i slept that night.

But since then i have the grinding sensation when i turn my neck and its cracks every time i move it up. It seems like every 20mins it cracks however my neck is still sore when i turn it to the left. I do amateur boxing is this the end of my career?

I developed grinding, clicking and popping basically overnight approximately 8 month ago? Can this just actually happen? I was quite shocked at the noises and the discomfort. Since then I have had constant pain in the right side of my neck . I have had historic pain in this area but nothing compared to what I have now! I have since been diagnosed with degenerative Arthritis in my neck and have been prescribed pain relief medication which helps a bit with the pain. I am 63 years old and have been quite depressed at the thought of being in such constant pain for the remainder of my life. This has really affected my quality of life. I do get pain when I do the side to side neck excercise you recommend in this video, should I stop doing this one??Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I have this problem I did breathing techniques breathing in my nose slowly holding it as long as I can and breathing out my mouth slowly I did this for about three to four hours and didn't have the problem anymore drink plenty of water too

Every time I turn my neck to the right and then back to normal position. I hear 2 pop crackling noises. How do I get rid of this? Is this what would be called Neck Crepitus? Should I go get a massage or chiropractor or will it make it worse? I just want it to leave and it’s been 7 months

Thank you for the exercises. I have been having the grinding in my neck for quite a while sometimes my Fingers turn white like I have a pinched nerve. I can't afford going to the chiropractor as they always want to sign me up for a treatment program similar to a timeshare presentation which I can't afford so I just live with it and eventually it goes away with movement. I will follow your routines and hope it helps.

Mine seem to come from tendons and ligaments. If I keep stretching and moving, can I correct it eventually?

When I try to do the retraction I hear grinding and popping and it hurts. I am trying to work on posture but it seems to make my neck worse. I do have some degenerative disc disease but have not had an X-ray in a few years.

This is my problem I get my neck adjust and as soon as I make a move of my neck click and throw out my adjustment many months

Hey doctor when I'm now 15 and from 14 I discovered cracking and grinding noise whenever I move my neck slightly
Some times it makes the neck jaam a very horrible condition

I hear when my neck turn that sound is constant there is no pain and other troublimg symptoms and I am siting straight I hear some sensation when my neck will no movement

I get addicted on popping it when im doing my exercises to fix my bad posture, and now it hurts sometimes, idk what to do anymore it just keep popping/grinding everytime i look up/down
