Why are these questions targeted for seniors? I believe seniors are cited and involved in accidents at a lower percentage then their drivers of other age groups and is basically aimed at the wrong age of group.

As a senior, I have to say is I know how to drive and I’m a good driver and the test should’ve been a driving test, not a written test all these questions are old didn’t see no new ones hardly at all but whatever see you Monday

In my opinion, to mandate seniors 70+ take a written test to renew a drivers license is akin to age discrimination. Also, a driving test would be more sensible than a written test to be sure the necessary skills are maintained.

Excuse me!! Car accidents involve younger people TOO!! They are distracted by visiting with their passengers. An accident can happen when they look for a CD or a radio station or they are playing loud music. What about talking on a cell phone OR texting, eating or drinking and maybe drugs or alcohol or just plain showing off and speeding. Be fair, don't single out seniors! Give the test to everyone, straight across the board.

(democrats happened). #5 it's for higher visibilty warning. a train crossing the road will always cross the road one way....perpendicular, otherwise there would be no reason for a train crossing sign!!! By the time you get in your car, buckle up, start it up, and start to back up, YOU KNOW that's enough time for the kids to get behind the car without knowing they are there. (California). #16 Most people don't know the many sides of signs on the road, that's why there is directive WRITING inside the signs to tell the driver what to do. Again, California. I’m a senior and had to take the written test at DMV because the online test wouldn’t download to my iPad. The test had very little to do with a regular driver on the road. Most of the questions were for truck drivers or something…even the lady who gave me the test said that was stupid. Thankfully I passed, but it was close. I’ve got a perfect driving record but am treated like I’m senile or something in California. Shameful….
