Scolded by driver, toll booth worker in China forces herself to smile

Never fall for tears, who knows what incompetence she indulged in.

I have worked in customer service and I can tell you some people do not deserve to be part of our society.

I know how you feel ❤ i know how much bravery it took to smile.

Been there, done that. Not easy at all to pretend your fine at work when you feel the tears welling up.

Don't they loose points for mistreating toll booth worker comrade? Few years ago all these comrades did not even possess a car. Now they think they are some kind of emperor, they also became the worst customer when travelling abroad. Time for reeducation. Send all these new rich capitalists to the farming fields.

I lose all respect for people who abuse service workers

for me, dealing with coworkers was harder...ER nurse here...so i had my fair share of encounters with apprehensive family members, psychiatrically unstable patients and patients generally in pain...but that gave me fulfillment and satisfaction, knowing that my simple actions contributed to change in someone else's lives...and to get paid for that work? it was amazing!...what i couldn't stand were toxic coworkers, lazy and abusive ones, who made others miserable...they've gotten in the way of effective teamwork and communication...and it affected every member down to their nerve....and was projected in the ugliest form to others in the unit and unfortunately to the patients....it was cyclical.. i quit and moved on. decided i need more education to be in a position of change, where i can remove these people..

Proud of you young lady. I'm an American and you showed great strength and character.

Poor girl. She should just move to the US. Here in the United States , people doing your work in China have terrible attitude problems and they still get raises and holidays off.

Sad but that is kind of normal in China. Female staff gets abuse by males all the time, restaurants, airports, Supermarkets. The almost never give the money or put it down, the throw it sopmewhere near the cashier. I see that on daily basis.

This was America during the height of Covid in every single retail store, fast food, restaurants, clinics, people were so cruel to each other, even to the elderly and children. Unable or unwilling to put themselves in other peoples shoes.

Ok so the driver should be more respectful he knows he has to deal with people in business situations.....play the game respectfully driver...you just might then enjoy your job.....!!!!

He can communicate to his workers with a little bit more respectable and professionalism...then to make her cry....moonrock for a heart...he should not have that job if he doesn't know how to talk to employees respectfully!!!!!!

This is how I felt working as a debt collector getting cursed out by different customers almost daily. It does take a bit of a toll on your mental health. Especially if you already have a lot going on in your personal life.

No doubt the drivers who were bullying her suffer a lot of injustices too. But in most situations it's only acceptable to take out your anger on someone lower in the pecking order. And women are usually considered to be lower in the pecking order. Dont bully women. Unionise.

What's funny is, politicians of USA and China are ready for a nuclear war in any time.

Please don’t let them get to your heart or soul. You’ve the warmth of your family to go back home to and they’re all who should truly matter to you in the universe. Don’t let ANYTHING OR ANYONE negatively influence you or dominate you outside your home.

Ive watched a couple of creators from China, discuss the social climate, and you are either Rich or Poor. And its very normal to flex your class by being rude and degrading to the lower class. Which utterly boggles my mind! It's disgusting.

Happens all the time where I work as well, sadly enough. People are for the most part, I'm sorry to say, selfish scumbags. It shows online, and it shows more and more in real life.
