When it comes to 5G technology, the feature was only available to a handful of smartphones, and that too in the premium smartphone segment, where the smartphones used high-end chipsets from Qualcomm. However, Qualcomm is now working on bringing a new and much more affordable 5G chipset to the market, which would make 5G enabled smartphones accessible to more people, especially for those who do not want to spend a fortune on premium flagships.
