In this video, the rotary axis is placed at the back of the machine. This is also what I am planning to do. Besides, perhaps not having as good a view of the spindle as it is working, are there any other problems with this approach?
ОтветитьWhen will you adapt this to the plasma table for cutting round and square tubing?
Ответить$2.5k for some aluminium extrusion, some aluminium plate,nema34 motor/drive and small chuck and center. You lot are out of your mind! I can build this in a single day. You can get a nema 34 and driver for $100 + 2 rails and blocks $80, 3 jaw chuck $150, extrusion $100 , lathe center $100, lets add $200 for bearings, aluminium and probes. That's $730 total. This is also non commercial prices and should be lower for you lot. So you guys are making minimum $1770 profit? Don't you think this is a bit excessive? Price gouging? You guys must think people are pretty stupid?
ОтветитьIt's oddly REALLY expensive.
ОтветитьIt’s nice to hear the Marble Machine song as your background! I’m impressed by the company’s support in the Wintergatan MMX project, and when it’s time for me to purchase, I’ll look to Avid CNC.
ОтветитьOh, this gives me sooooo many ideas for rotary and indexed projects. I know what I want for Christmas! ;-)
ОтветитьЧто за мужики такие, что "помогая" женщине переносить тяжести, выбирают сторону в разы легче...
Позорище.
I got sad when the video ended :'(
ОтветитьLove it, Wintergarten.
ОтветитьHopefully a tool changer is next!
Ответитьi love the wintergatan marblemashine musik and of corse the rotory axis
ОтветитьWhere it's the post processor and is it for both aspire and fusion? I've already converted the older one that's still displayed on HSM to inverse time, but I'd like to look over some things to verify mine more. Also, I'm using Mach 3 still and I'd love to get a tool change macro working. Right now I do calculations each time and I've needed up enough to want a macro.
Nice job on the 4th!
