being a virgin by age 16 is not an achievement or the only achievement a woman can gain in life. 16 is not an age they should have sex anyways, 18 is when they become legally adults but the body and the brain fully develops until they reach 26. At 26 their mindset is fully developed and they can start a life on their own. by that age they can achieve lots of meaningful things in life. I read this in a Montessori book and I agree looking back at my own growth and personal development. This is something I would teach my own children when the right time comes.
