It doesnt say how much to salt i added some extra to taste and some dash seasoning and I tweaked it a little added roughly chopped red sweet bell pepper to add extra sweetness. And did boneless skinless thighs. I will save it!! Just gotta find a sweet chili sauce that is not spicy my husband doesn't like anything spicy even tho this dish was barely

The finished dish looked quite tasty, but could I see the veg cutting again lol, oh and those knife skills need sharpening ( pun intended) I was waiting on the tip of a finger going into the stew!

I didn't want to drive to the store in nasty weather, so I altered the sauce. I just used half catsup and half soy with a few hot drops. Very tasty, easy and something always in the house. The potatoes are delicious and I will make it again.
