Hi! Thanks for the video. What if the contractor gives the "employer" times they prefer to work and the "employer" schedules based off that for the contractor. Is that still safe to quality as a contractor?

So if Independent Contractors are paid by project are they normally responsible for store level stuff like cleaning the store of the owner's, answering the phone for the business (if not hired as a phone representative specifically), or helping cover for other business in the same building if the owner owns multiple businesses in the same building?
