Does gochujang need to be refrigerated, or is it shelf- stable since it's fermented? I've been putting mine in the fridge, but it gets kinda hard in there.

Daniel, I used the leftover juice from my oisobagi instead of the sauce and used tuna and broccoli instead of the spam and potatoes, and it's now my favorite dish. Everything complimented the tofu wonderfully, and I strongly recommend everyone to try it! It was so quick and easy too.

Hi Kathie & Daniel, I am a very lazy cook, but this recipe is really easy and the outcome was delicious! We have had Jjageuli with tofu and beef! Oomph, so great 😉

Thank you so much for this excellent recipe!! I didn't have any peppers or potatoes so omitted both. I am a pescaterian so I used canned Tuna and left out Spam . Just made it and wolfed it down voraciously.
