I’m annoyed that it’s so obvious what disliked countries are. Of course cheer for your favourite louder, but the lack of cheers for some make me upset and I feel bad for the person representing them. Like come on, Azerbaijani dude & Estonian dude seem so sweet yet I heard hardly anything for them.. :/

Funny how so little people cheered for Måneskin last year because the public were focused on their local entry yet they became the most successful act from that contest and this year they were silent for Rosa Linn and only cheered for Italy yet Rosa Linn became this year’s most successful act and nobody even remembers what Italy sent.

I keep rewatching because reasons, but I can't help finding it dark, knowing that the great arch was supposed to be an integral part of the lightshow, the flags made by the lights look like they're missing the rest of the half circle. Plus the big white light that explodes at the centre, at every new country is very isolated when you track the spread of the light to the exterior. Like a drop of water and its ripples, or an oil splat or a shockwave of fibres. I can't help but wonder what the artists wanted to REALLY show.

I saw better flag parades like in 2016 and 2019 but this one was very good too though it was very calm and simple.
