Not happy with my Asus laptop, battery gets hot after 5 minutes, can't return now after all my work info entered.

Asus computer didn't work for me. How did the Asus computer end up in a trailer at my mother's home with evidence tape around it? I destroyed that computer on her property Christmas Eve. Most miserable Christmas ever!

Do not waste your money $$$$ - Asus laptops are riddled with issues that remain unsupported. 1000's of Asus laptop owners report random shutdowns. Junk!

Whatever you do don’t make the same mistake as I did; buying a Asus notebook for gaming. I spent 2500€ and a month after the troubles came.

- Fan making noises.
- Speaker not working.
- Computer ”freezing” when playing any game more than 20min
- Computer making noises when a mouse is connected and used

Sent back to Asus for repairs 2 times and same problems with overheating as to this day.

And worst of all. Now they want me to pay 100€ just for looking at it.

I have worked for Acer and would never buy it since it is crap and I thought Asus was quality but let me tell you it is the same crap with a different name.

My new month-old ASUS E410M running Windows 11 is a piece of junk that freezes up constantly just from my MSN newsfeed, never mind trying to shop on it. That's $270 up a hog's ass at Best Buy (where I couldn't get answers or even service). Plus, because the installed McAfee icon next to Bookmarks said I needed Anti-virus, I purchased it online only to find that the computer is in "S Mode" and security is provided. Deleting S Mode invalidates the warranty. Idk why I must waste MY time debugging bs written by highly trained and compensated specialists. Assume that the purchaser doesn't know a computer from a xylophone instead of counting on them to finish the programmer's job.. ASUS NOT RECOMMENDED
