I'm building back up after major back surgery. I lost 65 lbs at age 44 and now I am trying to push my strength back up. I'm 6 weeks out from trying to hit a 1000 lb SBD total in my home gym. 4.5 months ago I couldn't even come close to hitting a full ROM squat, I'm working hard to hit depth and push my strength to new levels. Today I was pushing for s single at 320lbs and doubles at 290 lbs.
