guys i made a new video lol hey hi
Ответить"when im presented free rr i say double it and give it to the next person" truly inspiring (had me dying tho ngl)
ОтветитьYou’re mic mix is not good, mic is extremely quiet, and when gameplay is going it almost completely overtakes your mics audio, also just went to half volume and I can’t hear anything at all. Not hating on this video or you, just need to fix your audio
Ответитьhonestly some great content
ОтветитьHi, vct emea lcq 2nd place finisher and top 100 radiant here, i do agree woth putting time in being your primarty focus but if ranked is what u realy care about and not pro play, saying aim isnt the most important thing is a horrible take, yes i agree aim doswnt mean too much in pro play but ranked is different, you are rewarded for running it down and 1 tapping everyone you see and id argue this is why your hardstuck immortal, yes time in will beat most things but your aim and movement are realistically all that qctually matter in ranked
Ответитьthe weirdest thing about good aim is this and anyone who has been in a high rank on any competitive fps can agree with me.
GOOD AIM IS THE RESULT OF REPEATEDLY MAKING THE SAME KINDS OF MOTIONS WITH YOUR CURSOR, REGARDLESS OF INPUT DEVICE, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! MUSCLE MEMORY IS THE KEY TO "GOOD AIM".
In all honesty, whenever i find myself in that state of "flow" I realize that im never fully focused on one point or area of my screen, but almost like im literally watching and processing everything thats happening all at once with just my peripheral vision(its like going crosseyed bc theres no focus on one point, but you still see everything around you and are still spatially aware). When i acquire a target in my peripheral, my hand moves. if my muscle memory is awesome, its a ez flick and click and the guy is dead. if my muscle memory is shit, i have to then make the microadjustments. when i see an enemy on the map as im in a fight, i already know the next angle to place my crosshair on, if my teammates are watching angles that leave me exposed, i know where my hand needs to move to cover my own ass.
overall, id say the deciding factor of a high rank is mainly two things:
muscle memory(how quickly can you acquire and kill a target regardless of the angle/situation)
anticipation speed(your personal ability to be able to pick up on the patterns and tendencies of both your opponents and teammates simultaneously so that you can make the best reaction for any action in game whether it be a fight, trade, rotate etc)
the easier thing to learn is aim, muscle memory comes with time. pick a sens, get comfortable with it, then never change it and grind like 4 hours a day. i guarantee, after 6-8 months if you really grind it for 4 hours, you will become a fuckin menace. maybe not radiant, but you will improve tremendously.
after your muscle memory is good, work on simply watching your opponents, watching other peoples gameplay, other agent tendencies, team strategies, etc. Know your enemies.. once you understand the habits, tendencies, capabilities of agents and where these agents truly shine and dont, you can then use all that info you have to start creating situations that personally favor you!
some people are good at movement, some are good at certain angles, others are good at hitting vertical strafes more than horizontal, etc etc. Find what it is that you are exceeding at or better than most at, learn how to create situations where you make the enemy do something that favors your skillset.
the more CONSISTENT you become with both of those traits, the stronger your muscle memory and anticipation skills will become just as time goes on. and eventually, itll be like "youre not even thinking about anything" as you play because after SO MUCH TIME PLAYING AGAINST THE SAME TYPES OF ENEMIES, THE SAME HABITS ETC, you just automatically know what to do on the fly without having to map out a plan anymore.
and once you get there, your basically a radiant player, then comes the real challenge:
keep it.
good luck
Generally, moderation is essential regarding autopilot versus actively thinking during a round. Knowing when to put your head down and when to take a step back. You want to avoid analysis paralysis and running into a stacked site. Only over-commit to either if it's your job to do so. (Team setting)
Food for thought ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This is an alright video
Ответитьtruth brother i got immo after 6 months of playing the game and all i did was play 12 hours a day like 5 days a week if i had no time to play id still warm up and get off (i will say i was global elite in cs like 2017) although i dropped fps games for like 4 years after (also want to mention when i got global i played after school every day for like 4 years and on weekends and stuff (its like full time job amounts of time for like 5 years (5 cause cs source)
in val i lost the drive to rankup cause like from immo to radiant id have to again pour full time hours into the game for like year and i just cant enjoy the game like that its the reason why i quit cs cause it just wasnt possible to have fun anymore
now im a swiftplay warrior cause i dont wanna ranked (kinda stopped for like 5 months) its also infuriating winning and losing againsed immos while rank reset has me as diamond cause im 50% winrate but cant rankup cause im still playing people in my rank) and its just stressful having to train to play my best when i could just play for fun
(but from the other side its kinda dissapointing knowing that i have like 6 years of experience in this type of game so my ego wont allow me to just play bad cause i expect more from myself)
side note i tried cs 2 and its still unbeliavable how boring it is and idk why i just cant like im bored before 1 game is even over
the biggest 'tip' is play more. stop focusing on ranks easy. in the very end, rank is just a logo... eventually kills don't matter but skill matters
ОтветитьIt's all in focus I was silver and went to D1 in 4 months and I have ADHD I autopilot HARD I counter it by changing my sens so i have to actually THINK before an engagement
Ответитьbro opened my eyes damn
tnx bro
"usually when im given free RR im just like 'double it and give it to the next person'" LMAO
ОтветитьConstent headtaps and i wasnt the crouching vandal spammer i was like 3 weeks ago
ОтветитьSomething i used to have a lot of trouble with was crouching everytime i shot and i eventually unbunded my crouch and after a while i rebinded it i improved A LOT
ОтветитьHi bro what’s the name of the song in the background?
ОтветитьA good tip is that if you want to improve, don't play only one game a day, but also don't play too much because you're building up stress and it wont help with improvement, unless you win 80% of those games which is unlikely.
Long story short, rest or take breaks
Bro the song im gonna cryy
ОтветитьI think, there are 2 legit ways to reach immortal. 1) Have a amazing map knowledge so you have godlike crosshair placement. 2) Play the agent like you are the agent, learn the best use of each ability and have a large variety of use and tactics of them for every single map while having a somewhat "decent" aim. Oh and don't bother to play if you have 60hz. I have come across people who said they were playing 60hz and they're immortal but i never believe. The reason is that i was playing Valorant not too much, one game for everyday, sometimes two games and that's it. I was gold 3, could reach plat easily if played more. After I upgraded my monitor to 250hz from 60hz, even though I got around 160-200fps I've reached diamond 3 (before there was ascendant) with the same amount of playing. After I started to play more I've reached immortal.
Ответить“Aim is there to CORECT A MISTAKE you made” uuuuumphtonium level of mindblow
ОтветитьI think a lot of tips were actually helpful for me, especially the ones about decision-making which seems to me is what most people struggle with since aiming is mostly a matter of practice and crosshair placement. Also I think a lot of people straight-up unfocus during games and don't really think about clearing angles as something they need to focus on, they just go through the motions without being prepared to check said angles and end up dying due to not being ready, assuming the reason they lost the fight was because they suck at aiming. Overall I see a LOT of videos that have good tips on how to improve and while "just playing" would still make you better over time I think helping yourself by watching some good tutorials on lineups, map control, positioning etc.. can help you get the hang of how things work a lot faster.
ОтветитьIm sorry, i dont have much time to play everyday.
Yes, i do understand that 1 game a day does not make the bad shit go away, but i am a mentally weak person, i'm sorry.
I can spend up to 45 minutes just warming up, then another hour to play comp. And thats all i have for that day. I have nothing else to offer. Commented this halfway thru vid.
fucking valorant accent bro omg
ОтветитьIs it jusy me or do i hear really quiet snowfall background music
ОтветитьYeah sitting on your chair clicking buttons is such hard work
ОтветитьThinking doesnt help with u have 1-2 or more dummies on ur team
ОтветитьLove you bro, good video
Ответитьif u have gold level aim u dont need aim training just play the game dont focus on aim
Ответить3 years later and Valorant stilldoes not have warm up before match like in CS
ОтветитьValorant is the only game I can’t find consistency. One day I’m never missing my shots, winning fights that have all odds stacked against me, etc…and then the next day or two I can’t even hit a shot
Ответитьty
ОтветитьHi, i was hard stuck silver ever since the game came out, I would top frag most of my games but I just couldn't get out silver, I started actually putting in more time and rewatching my games and it helped a lot, in a day I went from silver 2 to plat 1
ОтветитьYES GETTING BETTER IS ALWAYS A PROCESS
A LONG ONE TO
bro made valorant seems like self improvement shit
ОтветитьGreat video and great tips. What is the song if I may ask?
Ответитьbased and I love it.
Ответитьwhat is your intro music?
Ответитьi will indeed send you a vod lol
Ответитьi have good aim but.. I OPLAY ON 30 FPS
Ответитьid like to add to not tilt q (basically go into a game cus u lost the last one n ur mad so u wanna win the next) and not to q when ur not up to it or have the energy, this will cost u alot of easily avoidable mistakes and dumb decisions that will bring upon unnecessary losses 👍
ОтветитьValorant is much more of a strategy game than it is a shooter. Knowing of a good strategy for almost any situation is gonna get you much farther than 590 hrs of kovacs
ОтветитьW post
Ответитьthis is so true ive hit radiant with diamond mechanics and my diamond irl friends have like way better mechs but no brain i try to coach them tho great vid it makes me sad when people just spread mis information def looking forward to other content
