ОтветитьMy hips kill me all the time 24/7 and I'm not sure I can even do that first position I have used yoga in the past for lower back pain and it worked awesome which was yrs ago but now that I'm nearly 55 yrs old my hips on both sides just BOOM BOOM BOOM ALL DAY EVERYDAY..

ОтветитьI just want to say thank you very much for taking the time to make these videos, I’ve been suffering through both disc damage and nerve damage in my spine and this gives me just enough to be able to tie up my boots and get my day started. Working in construction is hard on the body so this has been a pleasant treat

ОтветитьCouldn't bend over or hardly move. Regular stretching wasn't working. Thank God my gf loomed up these videos I was able to gain mobility and grunt through the day. Will be following for more long term help

ОтветитьJoelle, I absolutely love your helpful videos. I especially try to focus on the ones you have that deal with hip\ bursitis pain. My pain becomes manageable after doing your strengthening\stretching exercises. They are the perfect length for someone who is still in the workforce…..

ОтветитьI wish I'd found this video before I had hip surgery for impingement 9 years ago. But hopefully this will help anyway because that hip has never been the same since surgery. It's a constant source of pain!
