This was a wonderful conversation, my first time listening to Dr Carr. It is great to see conversations between Sadhguru and open minded scientists. That said I believe we already have the telescope Sadhguru is calling scientists to come up with. We already have a means to explore beyond the physical; it is a new science that goes by the name Unified Science. In Unified Science it is clear the Universe and Planck scale are not physical limits at all; that is they are not the largest scale nor the smallest scale we can theorize. It is not true that descriptions of multiverse are simply mental models. In Unified Science we can prove the existence of the multiverse. The idea of dimensions is generally misunderstood in science where all the extra dimensions beyond 3d are really just mathematical abstractions that are invented for different purposes and do not necessarily imply that these abstractions actually exist in reality. We are able to explain all of physics that we have today in Unified Science using only 3d. Another way to think of dimensions is to think of scales, ie, plank scale, atomic, cellular, planetary, solar, galactic, cosmic, and so on. In Unified Science we understand dimensions beyond the physical as a change in consciousness that is at a different scale. Dr Carr mentioned that we are not able to see inside black holes this is completely wrong. The reason physicist think is way is because they have misunderstood black holes. The main reason is because they fail to consider spin which Sadhguru himself say is the basis of physicality. We see this as well in Unified Science we understand black holes very differently because we have integrated spin; to be clear spin does not mean circular because circular is 2d since we live in 3d it is better to think of spin as a vortex. Interestingly when you have spin automatically 2 forces emerge which Sadhguru called centripetal and centrifugal; in Unified Science we call these same forces gravitational and electromagnetic radiation; when you have spin the 4 forces known in physics today reduce to just 2 and there is no need to invent extra dimensions to account for interactions at any scale such as quantum level which Dr Carr explained are needed in String Theory to explain all interactions we see in physics. When you add spin to black holes all of a sudden they change from monsters that gobble everything near them to engines of creation which is explained very simply and elegantly in Unified Science, in fact there are different scale black holes from the atom to universe, yes the universe we live in is a black hole; black holes are the secret ingredient that connect matter and consciousness; black holes in Unified Science are fundamental to matter creation including biology. Lastly, in Unified Science we are able to explain very precisely the connection between matter and spirit and as a result we are able to explain as well spiritual experiences. Dr Carr brought up the fine constant problem in physics which has to do with why the constants in physics have the values they have today; in a universe where physics is random than the only way they are able to resolve the problem is to postulate multiple or parallel universes or a multiple iterations of one universe so that by chance alone we happen to be in a universe where the constants have the right values to produce the reality we see today. In Unified Science we resolve this issue very simply; firstly we do not believe the universe is random; second space at the plank scale is not empty it is full of energy and has a definite structure; we have determined a simple mechanism by which all of matter arises and we are then able to analytically determine all the constants of physics much more precisely than the value they known by today and so in Unified Science we understand exactly where the constants come from, what they are about, and how they relate to each other. We believe as well in Unified Science that the universe roared rather than a big bang and that spin is fundamental everything spins including our own universe. In short, Unified Science is a lot further than the current scientific understanding , in Sadhguru's own words, I would say Unified Science is science that is actually seeing. We already have the science that Sadhguru says the world needs; however because it is such a huge paradigm shift and because the scientists involved are independent scientists not affiliated with universities or industries it is being met with resistance; even though the science is solid and experimentally proven at all scales from the very large to the very small; more and more scientists are starting to come on board; more publicity is needed to quicken the pace of its adoption. @bernardcarr @sadhguru @ishafoundation I would love to see a similar public conversation between Sadhguru and the pioneer of Unified Science!
