Two days ago I was struggling with my energy being stressed and burnt out bc I was focusing my energy on what someone else was or wasn’t doing in my office when at that time I had them there bc I felt I hired them to “help” me and they did. Just not in the way I originally thought. So I am leaving work, crying, exhausted, and doing everything in my power not to blame them for my dead line. I kept telling myself. Focus on yourself. Focus on yourself. Fast forward some hours I decide to turn on some music, step into my power and dance while I cook and shake the energy up inside of me to change. Then it hit me. My own I am speech.. I am capable. I am going to get this done. I am organized. I am capable. So on and so on. And it became my mantra for the night. I slept so well. Woke up and I made my dead line and all by myself. And some. I left work smiling proud and being my own Pat on the back. I hired her to give me this right here bc without her lack in the other area, I am.. wouldn’t have shown up and then that lead me to this video. (Mind blown)

How can I feel the I AM in me. I know what IAm is love, pureness, wisdom, happiness etc etc but I can't feel it. SOMETHING IS COVERING IT UP and I'm so tired. Is like constantly fighting a battle. I feel like I'm forceing me to be the I AM. And this is not correct because the I AM "IS"

This is a goldmine of Ahhhhhahhh hitting me. I realized at a young age that not being calm wasn’t a benefit in my life. So I naturally said to myself and thought what does calm look like and how to behave my belief of my calm. I then proceeded to say to myself and to others that “I AM ALWAYS CALM.” I am now known for being calm in situations in life upheavals. Thank you for clarity.
