overstretching is not the way to get flexible, pass it on. 🫡
ОтветитьBtw yall these kids are abt to 8-12 so their still kids which mqkes my cry :(
ОтветитьMy sister had to over stretch her back every time it was Sunday .I would always see her crying but she moved to a kinder teacher that didn’t overstretch her back
ОтветитьMm oh no not good at all…fap I mean clap I mean f it you know why I’m watching
Ответитьi am a rythmic gimnast and our training is much harder and i cry a lot
ОтветитьThe fact that they had to start somewhere and work their way here, I wonder how much pain was involved there
ОтветитьNot surprised at all. China historically tortured females from birth by binding their feet...
ОтветитьThis is China. They don't care about what is good for their people in the long run. That's their trademark.
ОтветитьStop telling me what to do 😡😡😡😡😡this is what they want huh
ОтветитьI used to get stretching tips from dancers, back in the 90s and early 2000s, but ultimately, once I was in college, I was fortunate enough to have a martial arts coach who told me to stop that and why. I still have fully functioning, pain free joints to this day, thanks to that man!
ОтветитьIt's like they forget their humanity. How do you just keep going when they're crying? Just because it might "work" doesn't mean it is right.
ОтветитьFlexibility doesn’t come with overstretching. It comes with time. Some people are gifted with more flexibility, but it takes most people months or even a year to get a split.
ОтветитьThey are taring to be perfect little Red Chinese robots.
ОтветитьCan’t watch this!!!! Disgusting …
ОтветитьI lived in china for many years and i've seen teachers do this and it really breaks my heart. It's not that effective for the children in the long run and just puts them through unnecessary pain. Some people start at like 5 or 6 and this is still done to them as a teenager.
ОтветитьOnly the toughest ones survive. Perhaps thats their goal 😮
ОтветитьI hate Chinese training. They always do the same, either if it's ballet, gymnastics or the freaking circus, they torture young kids who don't even want to be there in the first place.
Jackie Chan went through this, he was in the Chinese circus and suffered a lot.
Those children are suffering
ОтветитьI started crying...this is pain that loud i can still hear an feel it...i can take emense pain... because of the breaking....
ОтветитьThis is just... it's too much
Culture or not, it doesn't matter. Nothing justifies child abuse like that, past, present or future.
They obviously don’t really care about the kids that they are over stretching. They just want to brag about their kids and show off the discipline. I want to see the same girls when they are 35
ОтветитьI think this might be Shen Yun dance training
Ответитьresearch that does not exists, considering lack of links.
ОтветитьLet’s give an example of someone who is naturally flexible Anna McNulty is super flexible but not because of this
ОтветитьYears down the line they’ll have arthritis and other health issues, so sad.
ОтветитьThe same dance school with the older kids they punished the teacher😂
ОтветитьPlease post how to become more safely become more flexible.
ОтветитьThey trained dancers this way in Japan, also. Scary - lifelong - memories.
Ответитьthis is so sad bc rhythmic gymnastics training is so much worse
ОтветитьThe CCP goes around schools and hot houses anyone with a talent. Then they are taken away and put into boarding schools are filtered, Gymnasts, Ballet, Athletics etc .If the kids don't make the grade then they return home in shame. Dreadful I personally find it abhorrent.
Ответитьi used to train like this at the age of 12 or 10 and i wasn't even in ballet the teacher just liked flexible dancers and she said molding them when they are young is better since dancers usually dance till 17 at most. But i quit after two ish years bc of school and now my knees are little bit weaker than other people plus my ankles became kinda weird to walk...
Ответитьthis is actually very very common in China
ОтветитьWhen you do all of them at ballet expect like 3 to 6
ОтветитьI was a rhytmic gymnast, so overstretching was my daily task since I was maybe 4-5? The worst part is you actually get comfortable in doing that and you're not able to sit or lay right, mine hyperflexible joints made matter even worse probably :D . Now I'm 34, amateur dancer, and wish for my body to handle current trainings much better than I do now :/ Plus my expectations of my own flexibility aren't set right most probably?
Ответитьwhat if you are naturally flexible and just can do oversplits
Ответитьwhy are the chinese so abusive
ОтветитьI’m surprised utube didn’t censor this.
ОтветитьAs someone who has quite severe hypermobility syndrome and a history of abuse it hate this on so many levels
Ответитьbtw its chinese dance i do it too my teacher makes me do splits on a chair like my foot is on a chair
ОтветитьFor those who want to report the people who do this, the channel is called "sasa li".
ОтветитьWas the place called sasali? Because theyre abuseve to everyone and are still regularly posting
ОтветитьP.O.V you were a rhythmic gymnast and none of this surprises you but makes you feel bad for them:
ОтветитьChina: land of child abuse
ОтветитьI have been gaining more flexibility from following Anna Mcnulty’s flexibility videos. Is that overstretching? I usually stop if it hurts.
ОтветитьCan we please get a reaction of Russian ballet please 😢
ОтветитьOh no no no, when I did ballet as a kid I remember the teacher holding my leg up where it was supposed to be ONCE to physically help me perceive where tf it's supposed to be right, but it wasn't an every training thing and we were encouraged to just stretch every day whenever we could out of class to over time build our flexibility. The way people have been trained that I see online is making me surprised a lot. Like there was a bit of forcing from my teacher. In specific cases and yada yada, never to the extent it's apparently been normalized in the world
Scary. If you experience pain. You stop. (There is a difference between feeling the muscles flexed and pain) if it burns and makes you wanna cry. Stop. You can seriously tear a muscle or a tendon if you force it, you can strain them
Really scary and really sad. Poor babies
Wait some of those core exercises 2/3 of the way in are things we did in diving
