ОтветитьI’m at 15-16% , you really don’t look a lot different till sub 13% then each additional percentage of fat is exponentially noticeable. You really have a lot more adipose tissue than you think. The last 3-4% will be maintenance for 5-6 week, 2 weeks of an aggressive cut, back to maintenance for 5-6 weeks, rinse repeat.
This not only gets your body to a homeostatic position at a new weight but also keeps you from yo-yoing back. Calorie counting is a must. I don’t give a crap what people say, even if you are tracking incorrectly , track the same and the scale will help you make an adjustment. You need the data!!

ОтветитьIt's not "eating healthy" it's simply eating less. I'm surprised that the nutrition section didn't focus on calorie deficits but on what you eat. You have other videos with better advice.
ОтветитьGreat video, thanks. I found using a piece of clothing you haven’t fit into for months is a great way to track progress. As the button gets closer to the hole, you can see and feel the improvement, offering a clearer visual indicator than a mirror. And I can’t stress the importance of calorie tracking (MyFitnessPal was my app of choice). I lost 3st in just over a year and have kept it off for 2 years.

LIES! If you have 30+% body fat then you are INSULIN RESISTANT and no amount of dieting will give long term benefits, you will just end up yo-yo dieting; you need to break the insulin resistance by cutting out processed food, reducing carbs to below 120g per day and by INTERMITTENT FASTING

ОтветитьI used to give up within 10-14 days of “clean diet” (without eating junk food) then fail. But man, after a tough break up im on week 3 and dont even miss any junk food at all. Pain from a break up is unstoppable if you use it correctly. Week 7-8 will be my six pack week 🎉💪

I'm 48 and I don't have much energy but I do have and easy access to a gym and I'm probably around 20% body fat at the moment. I've been dabbling with an idea to start a gym routine but I know I can't lift what I could when I was 20+ as I get tired (exhausted) really quick. I'm not going after some crazy fit gym-body but would be cool to look a bit better in the mirror. Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

ОтветитьHey wanna ask for some advice on my diet I’m 5”11 and 165 pounds I eat 2100 calories 175g of protein and 140g of carbs and am trying to go from my current 20% body fat down to 14% body fat without losing weight or much more weight. I workout 6X a week at the gym intensely and run 3X a week 7 miles total and play basketball 6X a week for fun around 30 minutes or more, my diet has worked and made me leaner but I fear I’m under eating and that is causing my fat loss to be slower and making that last bit of body fat harder to get off which worries me since I work so hard and am getting results but feel as maybe I should eat 2300 calories possibly to improve my metabolism. I’m a endomoprh and pack on fat a lot easier than most and I used to be morbidly obese less than a year ago I was 225 pounds, and am trying to implement cheat meals 1 a week in my calories range to not go over it but have some balance but I definitely have some issues with foods lol. All calculators say I should eat 2800 or 3000 calories but that seems like too big of a jump any advice on what I should do? Eventually after my goal of 14% body fat I wanna lean bulk
