New Project! 60 Gallon Freshwater Planted Tank (Walstad Method)

Have you ever considered aquascaping with your dirt and gravel? Just to add some dimension to the tank :)

can i use gravel from outside for capping and the soil will be miracle grow

Any update on this tank ?

The dirt should be 1 inch thick, the gravel should be 2 inch thick because the soil will leech out and you'll get very brown water. You're gonna have to put more gravel

Really unsure how you thought 2 bags was enough the cap has to be alot thicker than you have it, you really needed twice the number of bags you added

Why did you choose this method when there are much better methods out there?
