Maybe consider doing a Russian cooking channel or a series on your channel dedicated to Russian cooking all with clear, detailed instructions so viewers of your content around the World can adequately repeat the recipe and make it as authentic as possible. You could film dinner, lunch, breakfast, snack, desert, beverage, etc. preparation and cooking in your own kitchen whenever and spread cultural awareness to International audiences. I like all the protein, veggies, & dairy products I see in the food featured in your channel. You can see how a healthy diet like that makes physically strong people like great Slavic MMA (mma/mixed martial arts is one of, if not THE most challenging sports in the World) athletes such as Fedor Emileanenko, Vadim Nemkov, Andrei Arlovski, & Valentina Shevchenko.

I live in Canada now since 2003. Before that I lived for a couple of years in Novosibirsk at the heart of Siberia. I have very fond memories of the times I spent at the dacha with friends in summer, and even in autumn. I still remember the still and crisp autumn air during my walks. When I retire I’ll buy a dacha and move back to Siberia. Погода там холодная, но люди теплые и приветливые.
