ОтветитьHi John, Rocky Road is huge here in Tasmania (Australia). The most famous is made by Daryl Lee. We have it as chocolate, ice cream and biscuits (cookies to you! )

ОтветитьThank you for not measuring butter in ‘sticks’. Butter comes in one pound blocks in Canada and I always have to look up how much a stick is.
ОтветитьRocky road is very popular in Perth Western Australia especially at Christmas. I make my own bars using Good quality chocolate, marshmallows almonds and Turkish Delight. It is also traditional to add glacé cherries.
ОтветитьIn my experience, the best Rocky Road in Australia is to be found in the chocolatier Haigh's. Not cookies, but very nice, chocolate, marshmallow and nuts and berries. So delicious! Thank you for the video!

Your cookies sound scrumptious , I'm definitely trying this this week. OMG , ROCKY ROAD candy bar was my favorite as a kid too ! I still like it but I don't eat too much candy .

ОтветитьMy first taste of Rocky Road was a Rocky Road ice cream cone from Baskin Robbins when I was a child and I've loved it ever since. These cookies look SO DELICIOUS!!
