Ответить😳 I should’ve not attempted to do these. I was looking for relief of my upper mid back spasms. It’s a 20 yr old injury. It flares up every now and then. Well it would happen at work. As I was turning while holding a approx. 40 pound box. It happened 🤦🏻♀️.

ОтветитьCompletely forgot how to stretch and my back has been so sore. The seated roatation stretch was the only one that worked for me always feels great my back popped 3 times and feels so much better now

ОтветитьI had back pain when I woke up today and I was going to go diving today but I didn't want to make it worse because jumping from high places with back pain I thought I could make it worse but when I saw this video I gave it a try and now my back dosent hurt anymore and thank you so much for it as I didn't need to cancel my plans

ОтветитьJust doing the first stretch in bed, at 4 am,( up with pain since 1 am) helped me to get some sleep for a few more hours. Excited to add this to my routine. Nothing else has helped so I'm very grateful for this helpful video.

ОтветитьOkay so this is day two upper back and neck pain..last night i took muscle relaxer and Tylenol blah blah..I awakened this morning in pain unable to sit up in a sitting position or bend over while standing or sitting..too painful..I took ibuprofen and immediately looked up upper back pain exercises..i performed all of these except the one with the roll..nedx to purchase that..anyhow..at the end minial pain i cant touch my toes standing and sit upward comfortably..this was amazing..graciously appreciate this video DOC!

ОтветитьIts my daughter's birthday and when i woke up I jolted, really was painful and the pain wouldnt ease. I felt like a potato, didnt hardly want to move or do anything. I tried 3 of these stretches an ive found the relief i was begging for this morning. Thanks so much, will be adding these to the morning stretch routine.
