Ответитьi’m a little disappointed by this video and also by myself, because i don’t feel this workout in my butt. i only fee it in my thighs and my calves (which i’m trying to slim down, i NEED skinnier calves)

ОтветитьHelloooo. Ich brauch mal Schwarmwissen.. Ich mach dir Workouts jetzt seit zwei Jahren, bin mega zufrieden, krieg es aber einfach nicht hin ein geeignetes Booty Band zu finden. Erst hatte ich eins, dass sich eingedreht hat, jetzt hab ich eins, dass viiiiel zu stramm ist. Habt ihr eins, das ihr empfehlen könnt? Dabei ist besonders wichtig zu wissen, dass ich sehr breite Oberschenkel habe (Kleidergröße 44). Ich wäre für Tipps sehr dankbar. :)
