How funny people pay premium for the color. Pay $20K for Pepsi or pay $14K for the identical watch in Black if you must have it today without waiting for the imaginary list. You want 2 time zones watch or every city in the world, get a Casio for $100. As soon as I land in Europe, one touch and boom I am in London timezone plus I won't get my wrist cut off by some criminal. Those days of wearing Rolex everyday are gone. I rarely ware mine any longer.

Lol. I bought a GMT Master as an 18 yr old Seaman in the Navy. Had second thoughts about the Pepsi bezel, but it grew on me. Can’t believe it is 34 yrs old.

There is a mk1 mk2 and mk3 pepsi has different bezel colors depending on which year you bought it.

it's funny how no one complains about the super case on the GMT but it was an abomination on the sub before they transitioned to the 41mm variant

That bezel looks so much brighter then my 2021 version. Is this just a result of the camera or does the color vary from batch to batch?

I think the GMT is the model in the current Rolex lineup that screams ‘luxury’ the most. The colorful bezel combined with the polished center links make it such that it’s really visible from across the room. I’m partial to the vintage models personally, the Coke in particular. Enjoyed the video!

People interested in such a historic time piece have done their homework and definitely know how to use it. Just my opinion I guess.. I learnt how to use it well before having it in my possession.

There was too fast for me, it seemed Rushed. That is just my 2 cents worth. I personally like the rattlie bracelet, pressed clasp and folded links. I first saw a sub in the 80’s and that is the look I love. What I have never liked the lack of accuracy in an automatic, the reason I never owned one. Now that I’m retired and it’s 2022 and I realize that there are many many watches that are better than a Rolex.

I always thought that the speedmaster was worn in space because it was manually wound and that an auto watch couldn't be worn because the rotor wouldn't work in zero gravity. So, i'm surprised that GMTs were used.

The Pepsi is an icon alongside the Sub and the Daytona I’m more Oyster than Jubliee kinda dude but to each their taste

It’s also important to note the issues that the 32xx movements are having ( especially with the gmt 2 ) i iust had to set my 2019 in for service as it was losing 5-10 min a day.
