Ответитьjust barley got my middle splits and L & R front splits back, but still have a lot more to go. every minute of it is so relieving and relaxing. so glad i got back into it 🙏🏼💯❤️

ОтветитьYesterday I stretched so much before training that I just showed up and went straight into the splits and they didn't stretch me anymore and for the whole 20 minutes when the others were stretching I had nothing to do and just sat in my splits and read the school newspaper. Yes, I definetly could have stretched my left side but I don't want to embarass myself at training so I do that at home

ОтветитьIf you get your splits you should never stop stretching cuz it becomes rlly easy to loose it BUT EVEN IF U DO LOOSE IT IT DOESNT TAKE NEARLY AS LONG TO GET IT BACK SO JUST KNOW ITA OK IF U FEEL UNMOTIVATED TO Reach your goal it’s ok to give up just remember to try again

I love this stretch routine so much! However, I am already as low as I can be with the butterfly and I reach forward for a deeper stretch, is there anything else I can do to progress my Flexibility?
