Is this basically pasta sheets for lasagna?
ОтветитьWhen making lasagna pasta, do you still have to cook it or can you put it like that in the oven to bake your lasagna?

Update today was my very first attempt making my own pasta dough. Unfortunately, I failed miserably! 😭
I realised later that eggs need to be at room temperature and perhaps for that reason my dough was way too tough and nearly impossible to work with a rolling pin. It stayed thick and was inflexible!
I think in your other videos 20 minutes resting the dough is enough time but here 30 minutes is the time.
In another blog I read they even recommend resting your pasta dough for 1 hour!
Also I found out that using stainless counter is not a good option.
Can I get some tips on how to do better? Please help me out. I want to improve.
Question...is it wrong to make this recipe of fresh pasta, which is made with eggs and then make the pasta aglio e olio?
