Watching on catch up (Again!!!) - here in NZ!! Had a super productive week thanks to your voices in my head !- managed to kill my last credit card. Cancel a few things, sell a few things, found $50 credit on a 'foodbox' app (I had forgotten about), and sliced $4k off floating mortgage since the course began!!! Battle has commenced!!!

Do you include state pension in net worth?

I'm curious about diversification. I know you're diversified within the stock market with index funds but is it wise to also be diversified outside it eg with property or something similar? As stock market goes up in long term but could be down for a few years...or if stock market down then property likely to be down at the same time anyway?

I'm still on a major catch up! Again, this is brilliant because going over questions consolidates it for me! We sold our rental properties fairly recently due to a number of personal situations (none to do with weed growers) and what a relief! I'm waiting for the finance/investing weeks to find out more bc my ISA for this current tax year is full so I need to find an alternative form of investing. PS I sent you an email question about spreadsheets ;) A great session and am looking forward to the rest of them - this is a small amount of time to invest for your financial freedom. 😇
