ОтветитьI Shag mySelf All the time,ha!
ОтветитьI spent a pretty amount on my shag haircut done by a professional hairdresser but he didn't deliever the expected result so I will try this
ОтветитьAny tips for when your hair might be thicker than the mannequin’s? The layers on my sides turned out a little choppy.
ОтветитьTHANK YOU!!!
ОтветитьLove the cut!!!
Ответитьyoo thank youu. i have a scene haircut and i recently went to the salon to get the back of my head trimmed up and the lady cut almost 3 inches off my hair and made it too clean. i need the layers!!!! this tutorial is super easy and amazing.
ОтветитьI've spent months growing out a botched haircut from a salon and this helped me a ton in styling the grow out. One day I'll give salons another shot, but if you'd seen the botched cut you'd get why I picked potentially messing up my own hair for free🥲
ОтветитьQuestion from a non-professional... I really want to try this DIY shag. It's gorgeous! I want to make sure I get the sectioning right. How do I know the height to place the rubber bands for the middle section and the back section? Is there a height relationship between the front, middle, and back sections? (I understand that the middle two should match in height.) Hope that makes sense, and thanks in advance. 😊
ОтветитьLOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьI can’t believe it’s that easy?! Omg thank you so much!!! ❤
ОтветитьCool. I got a professional shag cut a few months ago. The salon owner did a great job but I can't find anyone who can repeat the look here in the West of Ireland. I guess I will give this a go. Thanks so much! Shag works here because it rains so much and my thick hair responds well to this style in this damp climate.
Ответить👌💕
ОтветитьThis is the best video, detailed, do it yourself shag
ОтветитьI need to do this today
ОтветитьNever ever met a good stylist who does what I demanded for. Never had good results. That's why I cut my own hair. This is one of the best tutorials. Thank you. If you do any tutorial like this again, pls consider wearing a white shirt or a hlonde haired mannequin. A contrast would help. Thx again!
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video! I looked at a few, before I picked this one. The whole video made sense the way you explained it. I went to cosmetology school back in 82". Won a few competitions for long hair design. But never was good cutting my own. Watched one 2 yrs.ago, came out terrible. This was right on, I have always worn a shag, honestly this is the best I've had. Had all the right tools. Thank you so much for making this video, will be using for a long time!😊❤
ОтветитьAmazing!! Tks 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
ОтветитьDoes anyone have any advice on keeping some more length? My hair goes down to like the end of my ribcage and I know I'm gonna have to lose some length but I was hoping to keep it as long as I could. I really like the volume and choppiness though
ОтветитьI just used your method. Been wanting more shag for years! I bit the bullet, and omg do I love it! So much weight off and it’s still long
Win win win
(Of course I went a little longer on each section)
Your video gave me confidence. I sectioned it off and just cut away. I love it thank you so much!!!
ОтветитьTHANK YOU! I can't afford a salon visit right now and desperately wanted this cut. I watched several tutorials but was still too scared to try it on myself. This video gave me the courage to give it a go. It was super easy and I LOVE my hair. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
