I love it. I've started studying herbalism, as well. It's SO helpful to have your own medical cabinet and remedies at your fingertips at home. My favorite book so far is Alchemy of Herbs by Rosalee de La Foret.

I was just recently a part of a lawn care company. As a result, I was constantly spraying lawns to reduce weeds. I started noticing that what was being called weeds, were herbs and plants with medicinal uses. I quickly lost pride and drive for my work. I have yet to take the plunge into herbs, but it's a building passion. Seeing your cabinet full of jars and herbs is an inspiration to accomplish the same. I enjoyed your video and your content. I would love to pick your ear and get advice.

Since I began to use herbs only just recently, I've felt the effects of how calming they are on the body. And now when I eat or drink anything too junky I feel terrible and my body reacts negatively. So, if you go really healthy be aware you won't be able to tolerate too much junk food. Its definitely a blessing, keeps me healthy

I've been gathering my own herbs together,
For some of the same reasons as u.
I am older then u, but want to come of meds from drs
So I've been doing some study on herbs
I'm also making tictures and savs, eventually
I'm hoping to treat my self, with a more natural
Medications for my ailments.
I've made a sleeping tonic,
I call sleeping beauty works really well.
