Thanks for your information. I had a 12 year job with 4 straight years of making 6 figures. Credit approximating 800 and great debt/income ratio and had a bear of a time getting money to get started in real estate. If it was difficult for me, i can only imagine what its like for a person with sub 700 credit making $75k. I had to start out buying properties with 10 percent down.

I'm planning on officially applying for Chase next month, recently paid off a ton of credit card debt on the personal side that'll put me under 10% credit card use from my current 46%.
I've got a 722 credit score as well. No derogatory marks and 100% payment history in 2yr 3 months.

On the Chase application they have "Annual Business Revenue" and "Total Gross Annual Income", which are the two I'm most scared of. I make 48k a year on the personal from my job and my business is registered and active for a year but I haven't made any transaction on the business so the current revenue is 0.

How "optimistic" do you recon I could be on the numbers for those two sections? I'm really hoping to get as much funding as I can on the credit card, it'll help me so much to actually get my business started. The business is in the nutritional supplements/nootropic market if that will affect the numbers in any way.

I would really appreciate your opinion on this brother, thanks a bunch for this kind of content

Until you get a 680 FICO score and above, then you can get into the game.
