If you promoting a product with Pinterest how often should you post and do you need come with original content for each pin post. I'm assuming you can't recycle your content. So provided your Pins are optimized, how long do have keep posting for to gain traffic traction.

Thank you! so helpful! Lately I've been just riding the waves on pinterest and sometimes my traffic is up and sometimes its down. I did have Tailwind last year but I let it go once Pinterest said they want fresh content. Now I just pin my own landing pages and blog posts and make video pins, too. I am glad I had Tailwind for awhile because it helped me initially build my following on Pinterest. Pinterest is my second largest referrer to my site after Google.
