I am so glad I found this video. Most of the luxury condos in Thailand are all about one bedroom studio. I am interested in at least two bedrooms. How much it would cost to buy similar units in Bangkok?

The layout of both condos isn't much different but the 1st condo looks congested than the 2nd one even though its carpet area is larger😕

90k is too much… let’s not forget, it’s Bangkok not Zurich, London or Berlin.
It’s all nice and facilities, but I would expect still something better priced when considering spending retirement there…

The 2nd one is a much better deal, but still close to what we are packing now in Switzerland for a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom with 100sqm.

This video of this condo was done so poorly so slowly I was getting so bored you need to seem excited about what you’re showing and talk a little bit faster and where was the gym I saw a couple of pools a steam room the apartment and that was it could’ve been done better sorry

Nice looking places. Was thinking I would sell my condo here in the US and use that to buy a nice condo there to retire at 50 but it might be a lil more pricey than I thought.

My condo is almost 1900 sq feet, 2 master bedrooms, finished basement w half bath, 2 car garage, 2 pools/gyms all for $1080 a month..

I like the Esse unit better. Love the Rock climbing gym of the Esse too. Amazing unit and less expensive too.

that 2nd one is definitely the one i would choose, the price is much more reasonable, the size is definitely enough without being too large and the decor/style of the room seems more suitable to me as well. I was thinking the first one's gym with that private pilates/yoga area wouldn't be able to be touched but then the 2nd even had a small rock wall! I agree the first gym is still better but the rock wall and the ring to do some shadowboxing are pretty cool touches and is the cherry on top.
