Hi Brad, just found your channel and I’m loving it so far. Would love a quick video on how you got started. My goal is to become a general contractor and I’m looking into a civil engineering or construction management degree to start.

I have always dreamed of being a homebuilder. Used to have my GC & RE license when I was 20 but never acted on it. Went to corporate software sales and now at 57 Years old just miserable & stressed. 😢 Is it possible to change careers & be happy building. How can I start… would be a financial step back but what is your advice? Pretty good with homes/residential topics. Work for a builder, re agent, etc… not too many jobs with home builders or maybe not looking in right spot?

I'm passionate about my trade/craft, but I am not wired to do what you do... I've known many builders like yourself Brad, and They were finally glad to retire( because then maybe people would leave them alone) and finally they were able to get some real work done..LOL
I believe it would be hard to shut it down after so many years of being wanted and enjoying it...Fun video, I wish you the best of Health and happiness 💪👀

Hey boss I do real estate fix and flip if you need me I can do drywall/texture, plumbing, electrical, concrete, door/window installations but quality work my father in law works on only 1m + dollar houses and showed me the ropes of quality now I’m doing my own thing with a team I built up. Just let me know I’m eager for new opportunities!

This really is my dream job, my dads a small time contractor struggling to get clients because we recently moved. I want to make him happy by taking over his company and turning it to the biggest one in florida.
