One small problem, engine failure. Fixed wing aircraft have a glide capability, rotary wing also have a safety feature in being able to rotate down. This thing will plummet like brick.

Hey, did you realize that cyclorotor vehicles can do a stationary hover while upside down? In theory, they can even flip over very, very slowly. Now that's something that drones can't do unless their rotors are fully articulated. Cyclorotors can vector in any radial direction from the blade axis.

Most people have been driving their whole lives and barely get from point a to point b. Now we're going to add flight to common forms of transportation. Would love to see the FAAs license test for us. Ever seen people on boats? Yeah. We as a civilization are not ready for this at all .

You guys need to stop marketing these as committee vehicles, it’s too unattainable in an immediate realm. This is 50+ years from being practical enough or have enough legislation and infrastructure to support it. MARKET IT AS A SPORT. Cars began on the track!! The first race with autos was in 1867. The first passenger steam car was made in 1871. Carl Benz in 1886 made an internal combustion car and Ford in 1908 began production of the Modle T and it took another 20 years for horses to not be the main mode of transportation.

Would be great tech, but sadly cyclorotors dont have the ability to autorotate in a fall. That means, that they cannot fullfill safety standards in basically all countries around the world. Multiple rotors can be used for redundancy, but unless proven, that the vehicle can fly with just 3 rotors, it wont come to the free market any time soon
