When is the early access available on steam?

I always imagined the deep horn sound as part of their targeting system. Other than conveying the mechanical nature of the tripods and being utterly terrifying,it’s never really explained why they do that in the movie. Would be cool if that were a mechanic to help you see humans. Maybe have it on a cool down.
