I have a few videos on meditation but it's this morning one who made me cry. For there are a few changes that's being met, although there's a wall which gets in the way problems are SLOWLY getting shoved. Like a new apartment " Senior Living" although a studio it's a bit large. There's a window for which I turn to, I do flower arrangements there with headphones on my medication. But it was this morning for which I realized that " I " " got this " so allowing me to be at peace with changes I cried out ALL the junk. 5 minutes, thats all it took. To the one who's voice helped me though this Mahalo ( thanks) for sharing Your moment with me coming to You from Honolulu, Hawaii. I'll be looking for more minutes with You.

I made a decision to do morning and night meditations. This was the first one I listened to just now and it made me cry 😢 I need to love myself and not value myself through men or how they see me or like me.

Just remember 5 mins is better than nothing. And always take care of yourself ♡

This is the first time I've ever meditated. I went in wondering if I could really quiet my mind for that long. Then, after what felt like only one minute, it was over, and I said "Was that really five minutes? Did that really happen that fast?" It was crazy how it flew by when I let go of tracking time and shut off all of my thoughts. That was a great first meditative experience, thank you. :)
