Day one: I almost gave up after 50 burpees but I decided to do the plank related workouts between set 2 and 3 of the burpees and then I did the last set of burpees after the crunches 👍
So far it was very tiring and took me a full hour but after you watch your breath and relax it feels really nice!!
Day 2: the workout felt much more doable!! My calves however were not cooperating, they hurt!

Day 1: ✅️ The burpees were intense and I was sweating like crazy, but I put on my favorite song and I ended up completing all 100 with no breaks. I also do other workouts along with this

✅Day 1- 25x4 burpees were brutal😭and i could feel my muscles burning. Others were fine for me!
✅Day2- Today is easier than yesterday because im getting used to the exercises!

day 1: feels good, the up and down planks were killer, def need to work on my arm strength.
day 2: burpees killed me! added 20 jumping squats cause i saw a diff vid w the same workout plus those. sweating a lot, but feel good!
day 3: feelin good. no results yet.

Helloo everyone ! I started doing this work out today, I'll try to do it consistently from now on, but I'll keep y'all updated for a week.
Also, keep in mind that i do other workouts in addition to this one, so the changes might come faster :
Day 1 : It took me much longer than I thought, also due to the several breaks I had to take during the exercises. The burpees were really hard, I had to remove a few of them, because I was shaking so much.
Day 2 : I felt so tired but I still had to do it. The burpees seemed easier, however I had to take a really long break after them, because I fainted twice, so I was feeling really dizzy afterwards. I also had to remove a few reps from each exercise, because I was really close to fainting again. Other than that, the workout doesn't seem easier or harder, but I can feel that my abs are slightly more toned :)
Day 3 : Soo much easier :D. I was able to do more reps and take less breaks ! I was less exhausted after the workouts, and I feel like my stomach is a bit flatter too ! :) I also started to lose a bit of weight

Doing this for 2 weeks. Don't know if I will do it everyday. But I will atleast do it 3-4 times a week. I will also be doing the Kazuha ab workout. My main goal isn't to loose weight but to get stronger. So I won't be tracking my weight.😊
Day 1:✅️ I didn't do it perfectly. Thr first 100 jumping jacks were easy. And I did the easier version of the burpees. I also did the kazuha ab workout earlier today.
Day 2:❌️ Today was a break day. I was super sore from yesterday. But still did the Kazuha ab workout.
Day 3:✅️ Ughhh, it was sooo hard. But I still did it. I was still sore from the workout on day 1. I did the Kazuha ab workout aswell. But the jumping jacks were still quite easy.

I did this for a week and here is how it went!:
Day 1:
It was hard but i could still do it, i left out the up and downs since yk THEY R HARD. i managed to do it all other than that but the jumping jacks did hurt
Day 2:
It was the same but my legs didnt hurt as much and i was able to do some of the ups and downs
Day 3:
I could do it all but the ups and downs were hurting alot more. The burpees became easier
Day 4:
I lost 1kg and i was able to do it all without stopping except for the breaks
Day 5:
Same as say 4 but didnt lose weight
Day 6:
I managed to do more workout than the number given!
Day 7 the last day:
I lost 1.4kg and did it all wihout a problem!!!
It was easy it took me like 40 minutes or so

Day 1:: IT WAS HELLA HELL. I HATE BURPEES.HAD TO GASP FOR AIR ALOT-. I’m used to doing 100 crunches as I used to do them for fun so yeah.
day2(which is today):: I got used to burpees I did 50-50 and overall it was fun-💀to mention for walkouts I chose get up by new jeans😊
Day 3:: I FELT UH LAZY SO I ONLY DID 50 Star jumps-
Day 4:: did 50 star jumps,50 burpees,45 hip dips,100 core crunches, and ngl it was fun-I’m starting to like it💀

day 1~ hurt like HELL but i got through it. my legs, abs, and lower back are sore right now, but a good kind of sore. after the workout, i could barely walk and i felt like passing out so i chugged water. i dont wanna do this for a second time, but i made a commitment, so i will keep going!
day 2~ okay TMI but im about to get my period and my chest hurt so bad when i was doing the jumping jacks. I GOT THROUGH IT THOUGH! honestly it was harder than yesterday, LMAOO

Day 1 : I DID IT!! Jumping jacks were a bit of a struggle i felt the burn at 70, burpees were so difficult omg i took around 20 sec breaks between each 25. I did the jump squats which werent that hard but my legs aghh. The plank crawl and up&down were the hardest i could barely hold myself up. The plank twists were okay every 10 i would fall down immediately tho. Lastly the crunches were kinda hard but it was the last one so i pushed myself through! My arms are so sore aghh im also pretty light headed they seriously werent joking when you might pass out

Day 2 : Today was so much harder, I still felt sore from yesterday so I only did 3/4 of the actual workout. I still felt the burn but I feel kinda guilty for not being able to do the whole thing. However im now able to do all the planks without falling every time its a break and I can hold myself up way longer now! I only did 75 burpees cause I was really tired but it wasnt that hard I just felt like my legs were gonna fall if I did anymore. Im now gonna shower and i feel sore everywhere but hopefully its worth it! See you tomorrow!

Tips :
Have breaks when you need to, i needed quite a few but while i progress i will hopefully minimise the amount!
Always drink water during your breaks it helps alot!!
Its okay to feel unmotivated but remember how you would feel in the future knowing you atleast tried!
