ОтветитьAll of the emotional dysregulation has made me disabled so I can't work and I can't do most things anymore. I have dreams or ideas in the night and wake up with my heart beating out of my chest. I feel doom as soon as I wake up and then depending on if I can get a handle on myself I either go back to bed or pace then try to sleep as much as I can to escape the hell that is being awake. I used to be able to get myself to a job for two years at a time but that was years ago now. Now the future seems like a very bad idea. I am not in control of anything I think or feel and I am spiraling rather quickly. No medications for depression helps at all and the side effects sometimes include panick attacks and being extremely suicidal. What can I do when I wake up? Or should I just go to the psych ward ASAP? I do not believe anything can help and for decades this was all random chaos. Now I know it's emotional dysregulation but I am unable to keep control of the triggers which sometimes include weeks of emotional flashbacks and others which make me physically ill with crying vomiting and total panick. My life is unbearable. How long do I keep doing this? It seems insane. I can't even talk to people because I don't care about anyone it's impossible to. I can't be social with this emergency always happening inside me. I can't take care of me or my family and I am just a burden to be taken care of in my opinion. There cannot be any payoff for my spouse. There's literally nothing I contribute in any way.

ОтветитьI discovered a chair yoga course called "Bottoms Down 28 day challenge". The presenter, Carol, has a very soothing voice and the slow stretches are very relaxing. I do it first thing and it has really reduced my morning anxiety!

ОтветитьI am watching this video while having morning anxiety. I am feeling shortness of breath, and taking deep breaths to manage that. I feel like my chest is compressed and it is really overwhelming. All this anxiety is because I am desperately looking for a job and I have to get a job within the next 2 months. But even though I feel this stressed I am lazy and procrastinate a lot which worsens this anxiety😢
ОтветитьI woke up with extreme anxiety everyday during my years in middle school/ high school. Worst feeling ever, always felt nauseous and constantly worried about what the day would bring. But i pushed through without help or guidance 😔 I cried every night about it bc I felt so alone in my struggles. Im better than ever now, thank goodness

ОтветитьI had so many intrusive thoughts before falling asleep, had a dream about those thoughts and then woke up with morning anxiety, which I don’t often have… I did yoga and meditated, which I always do, and it helped a little bit

ОтветитьI get very overwhelmed and anxious the second i wake up. What really helped for me is making a detailed morning routine/to do list the night before, like you said. So that i dont have to "think" in the morning but just follow this list

Can you recommend an alarm clock that uses the artificial sunlight to wake up? There are a lot out there and I’m not sure if there is one to rule them all.

ОтветитьMy worry is that at the end of all this, I'm going to be left all messed up! I'm healthy, but all this worries me,edgy all day on the lookout for panic attacks!! I pray, and I'm fine for the moment, I exercise, and I'm fine for the moment,but as soon as I sit or stay still ITS OVER 😢
ОтветитьI have morning Anxiety on waking up it’s horrible almost scary I have to work hard on it to feel my normal self Sometimes it takes a good few hrs Early evening into the early hrs are my best times I can awake at 4’o clock absolutely fine and happy but going back to sleep 💤 and waking at seven the awful low mood appear I have to. Get up pretty sharp and hopefully can work it of ? Iv suffered this horrible Anxiety now 9 months. I’m on medication that’s working but the morning low moods I really hope and pray I can find a way to be myself again.
ОтветитьIt has happen 3 times that I feel like I’m loosing my mind. It doesn’t feel like a panic attack it feels worst. I do have bad anxiety but this feels different. Now I’m thinking I’m gonna loose my mind and I feel like I won’t come back from this one day I’m scared

I wake up feeling sickly , my legs weak, full of dread, negativity, tired, frustrated, no appetite, but by the time i hit half the day, my body starts to become energetic ,strong and full of determination. I barely complete my morning tasks....but towards evening,i can accomplish soo many tasks within one hour

ОтветитьI just discovered your channel and I’m glad I found this video. Mornings are typically worse for me having anxiety and feelings of dread. No healthcare professional has really been to explain the reason for me. I usually feel my best at the end of the day that sometimes I dread going to bed because I know everything will reset by morning.

I’m so worried about not reaching true freedom so i can retire at 30 next year, start doing whatever i want, however i want, whenever i want, my goals make me anxious constantly, my chest feels always tightend up every day

ОтветитьI wake with anxiety constantly, first thing I do is scrape my tongue to rid toxins, drink a ton of water or green juice, then some or all of the following: EFT tapping videos, write out all my worries/fears to God in my journal and hand it over, go for a walk, stretch, breath work (breath of fire works really well), make a smoothie, mirror work (tell myself I love myself) and if it's really bad and I am really really disregulated then I call a friend to co-regulate on my way to work.
