deliverance lost was the last good book before Horus heresy became a bloated mass of filler m
ОтветитьA mention about the Emperor using his regent as a puppet to talk to his son when Malcador and Dorn told him even they could not speak to the Emperor if they wanted to.
(He was in the webway)
Nasturi The first human he ever saw, as well as the highest ranking member of his legion.
He embodied the Emperor's dream, humans would rule humans... Astartes are the protectors of humanity.
That's my boy 👏 👏
ОтветитьWould love a book from black library on Corvus warp adventures now that he is vengeance incarnate
ОтветитьNever thought of it before, but if he was instructed in the primarch project then he would know he has a warp soul within him, that is probably why he was able to ascend to his raven form.
ОтветитьAs the saying goes "'the squeaky wheel always gets the oil' Of all the whiny 'daddy, look at me' primarchs the big E never had to worry about corax. He was one of those rock solid primarchs. Of all the primarchs that got their 💩 push in at Isstvan The big E gave corax the keys to his secret statch his cellphone code lock.
ОтветитьThe fact that this video is only slightly longer than Lorgars is concerning. 😮
ОтветитьYes, my personal favorite goth
ОтветитьA successor chapter of the Raven Guard the Raptors seem to embody the best of the Raven Guard. They see the Codex Astartes as an excellent set of guide lines. Honor and Glory are noble notions but a clear victory is much preferred.
ОтветитьI think you summed it up and took corax. All the way to the top three in my book
Ответитьnah its konrad
ОтветитьCorax beat G Man the first three times in the simulator. Then never won again
Ответить"Corax flies under the radar" well no shit, that's his whole purpose
ОтветитьGreatest or not, Corax is definitely in need of more page time and I completely agree he needs more respect and recognition - although after the second beating he gave Lorgar, people have finally started to take more notice and I hope that continues.
ОтветитьWe can also attribute the success of the mark 6 pattern of armor to Corax and the Ravenguard. We wouldn't have our iconic beaky boys without The Beaky Boy. Shoutout to the Ravenguards special ships with their cloaking tech and that one time Corax warp jumped next to an enemy ship just so it would get sucked into the warp unprepared as an f u on his way home.
ОтветитьI'm literally Shaking Right now... Birds are really Scary.
ОтветитьAnd his son Sharrowkyn is bloody awesome too.
ОтветитьThis was the one I've been waiting for~ My boi Corvus!
ОтветитьDope
ОтветитьYes, all eleven Raven Guard players from the around the Globe will appreciate this video.
ОтветитьCorax is one of the most underrated primarchs
ОтветитьI would love to see how Corax matches up against the others in duels to the death. For some reason I find myself wishing for Corax vs Fulgrim either before any Warp shenanigans or after with them both being ascended
ОтветитьIm a simple man. I see Raven Guard content, I like it. We need Corax back asap
ОтветитьMy favorite!
ОтветитьJaghatai is the best
ОтветитьYes, yes he is the greatest! Great series! Made me think a lot. I have a higher respect for the some of the heretic Primarchs npw. Even the Night Haunter.
ОтветитьIn the emperor we trust!
ОтветитьMy personal favorite. At least for the moment. Always hard to pick a favorite.
ОтветитьWe sons of the Raven Lord Owe You a Debt Of Honor, Battle Brother Rho! Thank you for your
Exemplary Description of why Lord Corax is indeed,
The GREATEST PRIMARCH...
THE XIXth LEGION OWES YOU A SOLID... YOU WON'T SEE US PAY OUR DUE TO YOU... BUT YOU WILL KNOW WHEN IT HAS BEEN
DONE....
"VICTORUS AUT MORTIS"
Love it.
Thanks for putting this together.
I can imagine in the warp Lorgar is having a oh shit moment as fucking STING from the WWE just shows up
ОтветитьI haven't heard great things about the writing of his HH books. A shame bc he seems like one of the most interesting primarchs.
ОтветитьCAW CAW
ОтветитьThis is the best series ever man we'll done. Corax is the best.
ОтветитьHe is one of the very best, seems he couldn't catch a break but he was never broken.
ОтветитьCorax had the honor of being the only brother that Konrad Curze actually hated. Corax was the opposite of the Night Haunter as far as justice was concerned, sure, but the real reason was more amusing than that. The Night Lords may have been masters of the night, but Corax was the night itself.
ОтветитьKonrad Curze could vanish into the shadows and be unseen.
Corvus Corax could stand in the middle of an open field in broad daylight staring right at the enemy and be unseen.
Bad. Ass.
the GOAT
ОтветитьI loved the Corax character. He didn't fold under any tragedy or pressure. He wasn't the realm ruling type like Guillaman but I think he knew and became what the true potential of a primarch should be without corruption. I believe he is what the Emperor intended in the long game.
ОтветитьIn my head canon, I like to think that when the Raven Lord seen Sanguinius wings for the first time, Corvus Corax got inspired by them and wamted emulate Sanguinius wings😌
ОтветитьSet speed to 1.5
ОтветитьCorax definitely has flaws, because he'd be boring if he didn't. While principled, he's not immune to hypocrisy, especially where dear old Dad is involved (in his defense, Emp's manipulation has a lot to do with that). His perception of justice is uncompromising and rather unforgiving, which isn't a surprise given that he picked it up from (justifiably) angry incarcerated revolutionaries. Like his brothers, he also has a temper, and when he's REALLY pissed off, he gets vengeance-minded tunnel vision that's almost as intractable as the Black Rage.
And he is, to put it lightly, awkward with people outside of command situations. Learning fine social skills was not a priority on Prison Revolution Planet, and it shows. Conversations with him are a bit surreal even for other primarchs. That's if you can even get him into a conversation - he can turn invisible, he's not socializing if he doesn't feel like it. The irony of him being overlooked by most of the community is he'd probably prefer it that way.
He's also angsty and broody, of course, but that's part of the appeal, imo. Batman isn't popular for nothing, after all. If you're into Corax, you're at least a little into angst. And like, it's not exactly unjustified in his case. The guy's gene-seed flaw is literally terminal depression. When his sons come down with it, they go on suicide missions. Corax just kinda lives with it. And after the conga line of shit that includes the Istvaan massacre and having to put down his own mutant children... yeah, I'd shut myself in a tower and brood for a while, too.
word
ОтветитьMy favourite guy!! I always love it when I get Corax content, we RG fans are SO starved of content because GW has them locked up in a basement apparently. I need them to free him, I have all (or at least most) of the books which follow either Corax or the Raven Guard in general and I desperately need and want more of them. Corax is great. He has so many flaws that I absolutely love picking apart and analysing but somehow he is still so likeable and inspires so much sympathy in me. Gav Thorpe did a stellar job with him in the Horus Heresy line in my opinion. I am slightly biased because I see a lot of myself in both his strengths and his flaws, but I do think he's pretty damn cool. I cannot honestly say I believe he is the greatest primarch (though he is my favourite and one of the greatest in my heart) but he's pretty high up in the rankings if I do my best to be completely non-biased about it.
ОтветитьAnd yet he's barely useful to the Loyalist. Heck, even locked in his tower Lorgar is still useful to Chaos Corax, yeah missed opportunities there GW
ОтветитьAs someone new to 40k, Corax strikes me as that black sheep awkward type character in the family or a group that is quiet, chill, but secretly a strong dude with moral justice.
ОтветитьVictorus aut Mortis ⚔️...
Amazing commonality of Sanguineous, Kurze, Apharius & Corax.
Hail the XIX.
Corax literally taught Roboute how to wage using and against urban and guerrilla warfare.
ОтветитьMakes no sense they landed for a frontal assult at Istvan.
