Ответитьreductionist view. chin foward happens because of internal rotation of ribs so your ECM and Scalenes in the neck tilt your airway foward to help you breathe. you need breathing exercises that target the pelvis and toracic spine, specially rib muscles

ОтветитьMine is so rounded that I cannot lay with my head flat on the floor or get it all the way up to the wall. I will try to do this for the entire week and see the results.
In the beginning s it OK to use a folded wash cloth under the back of the head to get the tennis ball to touch the side of the back of the neck area? As I am now that tennis ball doesn’t even touch the neck when I am laying down.

ОтветитьAs a non-expert I found the pace too quick. I prefer to see more physical repetitions, not to hear a quick verbal rundown. And I don't need music to help me understand the words. But the intonation was unnatural and distracting. And it is never necessary or helpful to say "With that being said....".
