Oh god yes, the gimbal guard on the Zoom is a WTF (!!!!!) moment every time I attempt to put it on. It's a little easier on the Pro 2 but still bad. Definitely agree with the sensors bit too. I thought it was just me. And the rear arms grinding against the body. I purchased the Zoom and pro 2 from a trusted secondhand local seller hence the reason I'm late to the party 😁. Very happy with them nonetheless.

Stop complaining and build your own drone! If you can build better I will buy from you! I love my Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic mini.

Fed-ex delivery problem - simple solution: On Fed-ex (UPS has this too) site, create a free Delivery Manager account and you get notified the instant a shipper creates a label to you. You can then tell them to hold at a facility of your choice, provide special instructions, get notified when there is a delay, etc. You are in complete control for all shipments to you.

Three phantom 4’s , 13 batteries One currently works well. Just today flew my new Mavic pro two. One battery lasted less than 10 minutes. Constantly having camera leg and disconnection problems. I think it’s time to go with something else. Pretty disappointed

I agree with most of the points made in this video. I don't agree with some of my fellow viewers who see this as whining about a good product: we as consumers have every right to point out shortcomings of the products we buy with the hope that the manufacturers are paying attention. This goes for a $1000 drone as well as a $1 cat toy.

The point of shipping via FedEx is lost on me for the simple reason that I would never order an expensive electronics device directly from an overseas company. The best point was more programmability of controller keys. I completely agree with the need to be able to turn on and off the obstacle avoidance with a button.

I've had my zoom 18 months and am delighted. Yeah, I agree with some of your points, but the biggest to my mind is the con of 'Hasselblad' camera on the pro. Many reports say it's a SONY sensor. Hasselblad were a consultant to DJI, but they've not made the thing themselves. Should say SONY! Compared images with friends who have the pro, and we all agree the zoom produces better images, unless you're into processing RAW format. The zoom lenz is a real bonus (depending on what you're doing). More flexible and cheaper because you're not paying for that 'Hasselblad' badged name licence!!

What a useless review.. point 2 you speak about stepped upgrades between drone models ... come on DJI are not the first to adopt this as a marketing tool and they won't be the last, look at Apple products they are synonymous for drip feeding upgrades. Every point you make can easily be explained but writing a response to each would be even more of a 'super' waste of time! You both sound like a couple of spoilt kids trying to attract more subscribers to this 'super' drivel. You also speak of Kyle, yet another reviewer from across the pond that cannot talk but needs to shout and continually uses 'guys and awesome' and 'super' lazy English and reason enough not to subscribe.

The fit on the legs you guys call "a rub" is actually a firm fit to prevent legs from unintentionally unfolding. Thank you for 2.7 vs 11 comment - have not tested that yet so now I will know what to expect.
