The carp may be an invasive specie in America, but it is a much sought after fish in entire Asia. It is delicious to eat. Its downside is its many bones. If a way can be found to atomise those bones if cooked under pressure, it could serve as fish hot dogs. Low in cholestrol and delicious to eat. This is just an idea. Carp is good fish. Just do not let it reach The Great Lakes.

So why aren't we harvesting these fish for dogfood or whatever?
