ОтветитьWhen they edited a "nice" fermentation station's thermo at 69 degrees lol
Additionally, who the F#&@ is yelling at brad?!
Organic does not = no pesticides. It means different "organic" pesticides and because they aren't as effective they have to be used more often and at higher concentrations. Just wash your produce.
ОтветитьWhat's the name of that digital pH tester?

ОтветитьWithout brad now clairs gone. This show would be over. Sure I love Chris and Delaney. But since the debacle , I basically only watch for brad.
ОтветитьWhy o why do people not address using tap water issue. Not everyone has filtered water. Can one just buy bottled water even though the pH varies and is tap water fine, if taste good, looks good and poses no problems?
Ответитьorganic food actually have more pesticide
Ответитьthe image of an old guy fermenting pickles in his bathtub had me dying not gonna lie
Ответить"Sealing Lids" will explode. Swing-top bottles are ticking time bombs. Plenty of examples in the homebrewing world that explode. Always use some kind of pressure release. "Burping" is not sufficient. Airlock, silicone tops, or that Chinese ferment pool thingy.
Ответитьcan we see Brad makes vinegar?
ОтветитьP.s. sea salts have micro plastics…
ОтветитьGo old school blah blah blah
ОтветитьVery cool....I am sold
ОтветитьOh my goodness, Brad is the funniest, but I wonder what he's doing in 2023?

ОтветитьNot funny. Just the facts. Its a distraction
ОтветитьI’ve been fermenting and cooking for almost 3 years now, and Brad has always been my greatest inspiration. Always come back to these videos to remind me what cooking should be, fun, creative, and fulfilling.
