ОтветитьRandom as can be… but I was sparring and my big toe like rolled underneath my foot and twisted or something but my god it was swelled up pretty good and kinda like purple and bruised the next day it’s been like 10 days now the swelling has gone done and the color is normal but the pain is worse or the same still. I ice it for 20 minutes few times throughout the day. But my god it really hurts when I try to bend it up , pain when Im walking as well . I seen the toe turf or stubbed toe but dam this hurts idk if it’s cracked or broken or what. Anybody else have this happen.

ОтветитьYo, this was amazing, I did 5 min rounds after the video and got so carried through the flow I barrely noticed the rounds ringing.

ОтветитьAmazing how this absolutely works so well for even advanced level strikers. Loved the challenge, I ended up overdoing the rounds 3 minutes each and wanted to save energy for class so i made it only half way through. Good stuff you are super appreciated for helping us improve brother

ОтветитьLook more like boxing stance with some muaythai tecnique in the mix. boxing stance give mobillity but less power for knee and axe kick and don't forget your elbow. If you want to use Muaythai word then stand and strike like one before you claim it. We Thai people don't stringy about teaching Muaythai tecnique but we put important about respect to the original.
