Gratitoad could become a great therapist.

Apparently being grateful is one of the cures of anxiety...

So far Gratitoad and Shame Wizard are my favs. Both are needed for development and for different but vital reasons

The funniest part is we all would probably get mad if a therapist, teacher, mom or anyone said something like this, we needed gratitoad to hand the message

People like to hate on big mouth but the writings pretty good, listing all the things you're greatful for is actually a great way to cope with anxiety

It's the little things that get us through the tough times. It's OK to feel grateful for Sour Patch Kids or maracas or anything that helps you in a positive way.

I really liked this, I hope we see more of gratitoad!! He legit helps, when I heard the comment about sour patch kids it made me feel more happy about all the small things I'm greatful for , may not seem like it at first..but big mouth legit helps alot!!

Love the Gratitoad shows not all them are negative like Tito, shame wizard, depression kitty, can’t wait to see these love bugs and hate worms play out in season 5, great to also see Jessi beat her anxiety and depression as I also felt that myself last year

It's so awesome that they added this character to show people how to fight depression and anxiety. There's good scientific evidence for gratitude combating anxiety and feelings of depression

He's like that one uncle who tells you everything's going to be ok and bakes you a pie afterwards

I was really happy for Jessi, season 5 is gonna be epic for her see what happens with her and Ali, never considered it a possiblity

He is the only character I like out of everyone

Gratitoad has genuinely helped me a lot

He's shows bein great full in a healthy way

In today's world, I think we all need our own Gratitoad 🐸

Honestly going through therapy, I teared up when Jessie said she could only be grateful, at the moment, for something as small as sour patch kids, and realizing that is valid!

If the only reason you think you can keep going, is that your grateful for the neighborhood cat that comes visit you at dinner every night, or that you really wanna see a movie/fi watch the finale of tv show you love, that’s valid.

They handled this extremely well, and I hope this does help a lot of people!

After seeing this episode, I was working with a middle school student with serious mental health issues. The student was having an anxiety attack and would not do the standard deep breathing, etc., skills. I suggested we play "the gratitude game," and that we take turns saying things we're grateful for -- even silly things. I started out with "I'm grateful for Netflix." She played along, grudgingly at first, but it really did work and broke the anxiety attack. So ... like the character or not (I love him), but gratitude really can help.

Gratitoad actually has really helped me as silly as it is this has helped me build back my confidence

I think out of all the voices that pop into these kids' heads, this toad is my favorite because he's the most healthy. (Sure we also have love bugs but they can come on a little too strong.)

Might be the best thing this has given me.

Im grateful that they added this sweet wholesome character to soften the trauma of watching Andrew's insides get sucked out of his ass through an airplane window.

I just found out he's voiced by Zach Galifianakis bro wtf!!!!

Crazy I was able to tell what drug they took during these scenes and Matthew solidifies it at the end.
